Ordering To place an order, simply phone, fax or mail your order. Most items are held in stock, normal order processing time is 1-2 days. Value Added Tax Unless you are ordering from outside the E.U. or outside the Republic of Ireland and are V.A.T. registered, you must add 21% V.A.T. to the total purchase price including shipping. Please refer to the V.A.T. page for further details. Delivery All delivery is by SDS (registered, insured mail). Delivery is free for orders over 150.00 euro (ex VAT) within the E.U. For orders less than 150.00 euro or outside the E.U. delivery is 12.00 euro.

Warranty All products supplied by Pond Electronics carry a warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days. If you discover a defect in that time simply return the goods with a copy of the invoice. We will, at our option, repair, replace or refund the purchase price of the goods. 14 day Money-Back Guarantee If, within 14 days of receiving your product, you find that it does not suit your needs, you may return it for a refund. We will return the purchase price of the product, excluding any shipping/handling costs in the original payment form. Please note that the 14 day Money-Back Guarantee does not apply if the goods have been altered or damaged. Payment Terms Orders must be prepaid with cheque/bank draught (drawn on an Irish bank in euro) or by credit card (Visa, Access, MasterCard). Please note that when paying by credit card that the shipping address must match the card address.
